On the afternoon of March 15, the presidents of the Association of Civil Engineers, Canales y Puertos and Engineering Institute of Spain, presided over the laying of a bust Institute of Engineering of Spain's historic engineer Leonardo Torres-Quevedo sculpted by Gonzalo Lossada and donated to the Association of Civil Engineers by Thomas Encinas.
